Noticing the yawns snapped Rose's body to reality as she was quite exhausted by keeping up with the wild little ones, even thorn was ready for a lie down and he was much older than the others. She then felt large arms lift her up making her squeak in surprise, Thorn quick to snuggle into T's arm as his eyes fall shut to instantly begin his nap. Rose looks up to T then over to realize they were in his room speaking of setting up dinner which made her tummy grumble in anticipation. Shifting into her normal form once hopping down onto the bed, taking hold of Thorn from T "thank you" whispering to him as she lays down with her sleeping son.

Seeing all the yawns reminded Rose's body that she was utterly exhausted from this crazy play as well, these kids certainly knew how to have fun and use all their energy. She still could not help glancing over to Thorn, concern in her gaze about his shifting ability. A shake over her head resulted just as she felt T's towering presence as he scooped her and Thorn into his arms to carry them away to his room for a well deserved nap. Thorn was quick to pass out in the massive arms of his step dad, he did not know of his real dad since mother never spoke of him to the young lad so he viewed T as his father. Rose was attempting to fight sleep as they enter T's room, spotting the bed instantly while he spoke about cooking dinner while they all rest. "thank you, T" rose would whisper, leaning up to lick his cheek before hopping onto the bed, shifting into her usual form to take sleeping Thorn.

Once the duo of mother, and son were laid out upon the massive, soft and fluffed bed. the four armed behemoth of a man would move to get up, and
leave the room. leaving the door cracked incase anything were to happen or they needed him for anything. after which T would move to the kitchen, and begin
cutting onions, and other vegetables, and fruits. wanting to make a fine meal for them all to enjoy. as this day seemed to be getting better, and better as it was. Yet none of them
knew the true horror which would soon begin to unfold for them all. more then that for poor Rose, and Thorn with the coming night, as unknown individuals were already making their own plans
to get ahold of the shape shifting vixen for themselves, now knowing where she was.

Sound asleep for hours Thorn was first to awaken, energy replenished he would notice how mom was still passed out, exhausted even in her slumber which he could not blame her based on what he had witnessed when they go home. He did wish to tell T that mom lied about going on a run more like run away, Thorn understood enough that mom was scared even here where she was safe. He would slip out of bed, finding his way to the kitchen where T away preparing quite the meal for them all. Climbing up onto a clean counter he would announce his presence "mama still sleep" he spoke after cleaning his throat.

seeing this, the massive brute, would chuckle softly, as he pulled away from his cooking, grabbing the little Thorn in two hands. as the other two kept at his work.
"Ok their little man, we do not stand on counters. It's dangerous, we don't want to fall and get any painful boo boos. So while she sleeps, want some juice, or a snack?'
in a gentle and playful tone, the intimidating brute would be like a giant cuddly bear to the child. as he would offer to fix him something small to tie the little one over until
all was ready. at which point it would then be time to wake Rose. with Thorn away, T would offer to make Thorn his little help for their family meal to come.
