Kara sat at her bedside, her short black hair hanging over ger etes as she tried to focus her mind. She focused on that pokeball in front of her bed on a small pillow, trying to gather her psychic powers to will it to rise. It started to float as the girls hair started to dance on a unfelt breeze, her eyes opening as the ball zipped into the trainers hands. It was her first time going to catch a Mon. She rolled the ball on her fingers as she got up, her res and white Voltorb pajamas clinging to her sweat soaked body sge had been training fir so long she hadn't noticed

Zerek stretched his arms, grinning deviously as he schemed what he was gonna do for that day. He figured he could go close to a town, pretend to be something innocuous and mess with trainers that sent 'Mon out to fight him. Maybe Eevee? After all, who'd expect a Normal type to bust out heavy hitting dark type moves... He snickered to himself and nodded, shifting into a cute little Eevee girl and skipping along, close to town.

Kara steppex out of the shrine temple of her town, known as Edgeroot, a small sect in a out of the way woods that kept quiet control over the graveyards dotted about the country side. Here they trained mostly shrine keepers and ofcourse trainers to battle ghost power that were making trouble or scarying off grave yard keepers. Kara stepped down tge stairs, her whit and red robes hanging onto her boody, hiding her athletic shapely form and considerable bossom. Modesty was key, well mostly to keep her from listening to peoples thoughts about her body, it made her self conscious. She rolled the ball under her sleeves, walking towards the main street, waving to those that knew her.

Zerek approached Edgeroot, his illusionary disguise holding up well as he reached up to a small bush and plucked a berry from it, starting to eat it and looking around surreptitiously, waiting for a trainer to approach. He caught a glimpse of Kara's robes and smirked, waiting for the trainer to approach. Part of him wondered if she knew about the Zorua that lurked in the woods and tricked the towns Trainers, whilst the other part pictured her shout of anger as he got away, like he always did.

The shrine keeper walked towards Zerek, humming to herself, spotting the Evee, she gave a gentle wave. "Hello there" she said stopping. She had heard of a particularly tricky pokemon playing with unassuming Trainers, but she wasn't sure which.

Zerek raised his hand and replied "Oh, hello!" His voice was a perfect match to how a young Eevee girl might sound, replying with a smile "What're you doing out here?"

"I'm going into the forest to find a pokemon." She said amiling. "What brings you so far off the beaten path?"

 

[RedCoat]

Zerek pointed at the berries "There's no Oran berries further in, so I came out here to get some" 'she' explained, her face still a smile. Oh, so this was a wild Pokemon... Perhaps if Kara threw the ball now, she'd catch the 'Eevee' off guard.

Kara nodded at Zerek, her smile never fading as they spoke. "I see, that must be a problem with the caretakers" she said as she drew her hands apart, from her sleeve lssjed the ball, throwing it at the Eevee.

 

[RedCoat]

(Kara: Awesome, I can get an Eeveelution! Ooh, maybe an Espeon!
*Sends him out*
Kara: Wait, weren't you a girl before? And how did you evolve into Umbreon already?)

Zerek shrugged, watching her throw the ball. So, she was sending out a pokemon, was she? Okay then, she was in for a surp... wait, that was really close n-"Oh." Was all 'She' got out as the ball struck Zerek between the eyes, dropping to the ground and rocking three times, before giving a click.

(XD Kara: *Ploting to make a all psychic team* Oh a potential Esypeon!

Zerek: *sweats*)

"Ha! An Eevee! Perfect! This way i can get an Espyeon!" Shee said bouncing on her heels and starting to levitste the bakl into her hands again.

Zerek heard her and his mind raced. Mostly with the words 'Ooooh fuck.' repeated over and over again. How the hell was he meant to imitate an Eevee for ever? Especially a female one, not to mention Espeon!

(XD "cmon do a psychic!" *rubbing a TM on his head*)

"My all psychic team shall be legendary!" She said throwing the ball up in the air to release he new friend.

Kara: *Looking in a book* Why aren't you

'Oh crap...' Zerek winced as he was let out, sheepishly raising a hand towards her in greeting "Uh... Might be an issue with that..." He mumbled.

"You- wh-who!" She started to feel in her sleeves, pulling out the other two balls like somehow a mistake was made. "You're not an Eevee!" She said as tge balls grew and opened up showing nothing inside.

 

[RedCoat]

"N-No... I'm not..." Zerek mumbled more, watching as she searched for the Eevee she thought she'd captured "I'm a Zorua... I was impersonating an Eevee... I didn't think you'd just throw a pokeball at me..."

"Your a boy too!" She huffed to herself, folding her arms "you made your choice to pretend"

Zerek flushed a bit "Hey! I can only impersonate things I've seen! And it's hard to do anything bigger than me, like the Gallade I saw a week ago!"

(XD is he like a short dude?)

"What were you going to do then hm! You were going to try to mess with some poir trainers?" She accused, pointing at him

(Kinda? I'm thinking maybe 5'8ish)

"I mean... yes?" He shrugged "Considering most start it by attacking me with their Pokemon."

(XD 5'8 isn't super short lol)

"Itscthecway things are, trainers and wilds fight all the time" she grunts as she started to walk around him. "Now your my mon."

(I picture Gallade Gijinka's at like 6'7, so... eh.)

Zerek crossed his arms, watching her "Oh yeah? And what if I refuse to do anything you say?"

XD i mean Gallade in mon form is only 5'3, but eh, hejght varies)

"I'll put you in the ball and practice my psionics with you" she said folding her arms, pulling out tge ball.

(Zorua are like 2', so...)

He looked at the ball, before back up at her "You wouldn't dare!"

"You wanna bet, shortie?" She said as the ball expanded in her hands, starting to float as her hair parted with the force of her powers.

"Shortie!?!" Zerek's eyes narrowed, a flash of dark energy fanning out behind him "I'll make you eat those words!" Of course, he was stuffed. All she had to do was call him back and he was done.

As he started to charge his attack, Kara flicked her wrist starting to return Zerek to the ball. "Yeah yeah put it away kiddo." She said rolling her eyes at him.

"Hey! Don't you da-*Shwoop*" With that last attempt at arguing, Zerek was returned to the ball, leaving him in her hand. If she wanted, she could throw him around now.

Kara smirked to herself as the ball started to levitate outvof hand, starting to spin around in rhe air next to her as sge walked into the woods, the ball whipping and dashing around in rhe air.

Zerek felt like he was going to be sick in the ball as it rushed around, spinning and twirling and all in all, making him learn his lesson. Course, she couldn't hear his discomfort, even as he started begging silently to be let out.
